    The schedule for the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 23 softball tournament has been released and will feature four of the top seven teams in the country. Originally scheduled to start Thursday, tournament officials and participating coaches agreed to start on Wednesday in order to beat the high chances of rain forecasted for Friday.
