ICC to hold first-ever Chop Day around Spring Football game
Itawamba Community College will hold is first-ever “Chop Day” Saturday, April 22, on the Fulton Campus.
Fulton, Miss. – Itawamba Community College will hold is first-ever "Chop Day" Saturday, April 22, on the Fulton Campus.
The event will feature a spring football game, in-game events, food trucks, inflatables, meet and greets and a baseball doubleheader.
Football will kick off its spring scrimmage at 11 a.m. inside Butch Lambert Stadium and will give fans their first look at the Indians under the new coaching staff. Following the scrimmage, the football coaches will be available for a meet and greet.
The inflatables and food trucks will be available until the event moves to Roy Cresap Field where ICC's baseball team will face Hinds Community College for a conference doubleheader at 2 p.m.
Prior to game one, head football coach Travis Macon will throw out the first pitch as baseball head coach Rick Collier and the Indians look for the late season victories.
The event is open to the public.
