Kage Heberling joined Itawamba Community College as an assistant cheer coach in 2025. He currently also serves as an assistant cheer coach at Saltillo High School.

As a cheerleader at Saltillo High School, Heberling earned multiple second-place finishes at cheer nationals in 2020 and 2021 in both gameday and traditional routines. He was part of the first ICC cheer team to compete at cheer nationals in 2023.

Heberling holds an associate of arts degree from Itawamba Community College (2023) and is completing a bachelor of science in exercise science, expected in 2025.
