Dylan Faulk earns Co-Offensive Player of the Week honor
Itawamba Community College sophomore quarterback Dylan Faulk (Hernando) was named Co-Offensive Player of the Week by the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) today.
Fulton, Miss. – Itawamba Community College sophomore quarterback Dylan Faulk (Hernando) was named Co-Offensive Player of the Week by the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) today.
The weekly honor comes on the heels of Faulk's performance in the Indians' 30-3 win over Copiah-Lincoln Community College last Thursday in Fulton.
Faulk was 31-37 passing for 327 yards and two touchdowns in the week two victory. His touchdown passes were an 8-yard pass in the second quarter and a 31-yard strike in the third.
After the first two weeks, Faulk is third in the nation in both passing yards (698) and passing yards per game (344.5) and ranks second with a 76.5 completion percentage.
The Indians will open North Division play Thursday night as they host Coahoma Community College at 6:30 p.m. The game will be available on LetsGoICCTV.com/red and Tupelo SuperTalk 101.9 FM with the pregame show beginning at 6 p.m.
