The Indians have earned a spot in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I Football Rankings, entering at No. 15 this week, the NJCAA announced on Monday.
FULTON, Miss. – The Indians have earned a spot in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I Football Rankings, entering at No. 15 this week, the NJCAA announced on Monday.
ICC (5-2, 4-0 MACCC North) earned the No. 15 spot in this week's rankings after rallying to a 44-28 road win at Holmes (3-4, 3-1) last Thursday night to remain undefeated in the North Division. The Indians were on the outside looking in as they received votes over the previous weeks.
The 15-ranked Indians will hit the gridiron again on Thursday, Oct. 23, for Sophomore Night at Butch Lambert Stadium, hosting the rival Northeast Tigers (4-3, 2-3 MACCC North). The Guaranty Bank opening kickoff is set for 7 p.m., with the Metro Ford Pregame Show starting at 6:30 p.m. on SuperTalk 101.9 FM and LetsGoICCTV.com/red.
