Indians fall to Jones College 2-1
After extending their win streak to six with a big division win over Hinds Tuesday, the Indians (6-3-0, 4-0-0) saw their streak end Wednesday as Jones College (5-1, 2-1) scored two second half goals to pick up the 2-1 win.

FULTON, Miss. - After extending their win streak to six with a big division win over Hinds Tuesday, the Indians (6-3-0, 4-0-0) saw their streak end Wednesday as Jones College (5-1, 2-1) scored two second half goals to pick up the 2-1 win.
How it Happened
Brendan Koehn (Amory) started the scoring early in the match as he beat the keeper three minutes into the first half to give the Indians a 1-0 lead.
The Indians held that lead through halftime, but halfway through the second half, the Bobcats found the equalizer on a shot that hit the crossbar.
In a game that appears to be heading to overtime, the Bobcats found the game winning with 6:46 remaining off a header.
The Indians had a chance to find the equalizer as they had a corner kick in the closing minutes, but were unable to find the back of the net.
