Brandon Tita-nwa signs with Blue Mountain
Itawamba Community College sophomore goalkeeper Brandon Tita-nwa has signed to continue his career at Blue Mountain College next season.
Fulton, Miss. – Itawamba Community College sophomore goalkeeper Brandon Tita-nwa (Olive Branch) has signed to continue his career at Blue Mountain College next season.
Tita-nwa, who was sidelined due to injury in 2019, has led the Indians in net this season with 32 saves while allowing only eight goals in the eight of 11 games he played. He has two complete game shutouts this season and hasn't allowed a goal in his last 176 minutes played.
In his freshman season, Tita-nwa picked up 39 saves and allowed 15 goals and helped the Indians reached the conference semifinals.
He will be a member of the inaugural team at Blue Mountain College under Head Coach and ICC alumnus Caryl Vogel.
Before heading to Blue Mountain, Tita-nwa and the Indians will wrap up the regualr season today against Andrew College and will compete in the MACCC playoffs next week.
