Trailing 32-22 at the break, the Lady Tigers outscored the Lady Indians 34-28 to nearly pull off the upset.
Whitney Watkins (Decatur, Ala.) and Tabreea Gandy (Starkville) led the Lady Indians with 12 points each. Xhiir Burgess (Oxford) and Kealy Wilson (Olive Branch) each had 10 points in the win.
