Carouthers named to All-Conference Second Team
Che’mya Carouthers of Tupelo was named to the Women’s Basketball All-MACCC Second Team by the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference Thursday.

Fulton, Miss. – Itawamba Community College sophomore guard Che'mya Carouthers of Tupelo was named to the Women's Basketball All-MACCC Second Team by the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference Thursday.
She led the Lady Indians (12-12) in scoring last season, averaging 9.2 points per game. In 23 games, she scored 211 points, grabbed 70 rebounds, picked up 27 assists, 21 steals and six blocks.
Carouthers, an Alabama State University signee, helped lead the Lady Indians to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 23 Tournament.
