Turner Earns Spot On NJCAA Region 23 All-Tournament Team

FULTON, Miss. – Sophomore forward Briyana Turner has been named to the NJCAA Region 23 Women's Basketball All-Tournament Team, the conference announced on Tuesday.

Turner played a key role in the Lady Indians' tournament run, consistently leading the offensive effort in high-pressure moments.

In the quarterfinal round against Co-Lin, she delivered a team-high 16 points to help power ICC to a 71-44 victory and secure a spot in the semifinals. She followed that performance with another impressive outing, scoring 18 points in the Lady Indians' 77-60 semifinal loss to Northwest.

Throughout the season, Turner averaged a team-best 6.5 rebounds per game and led with a 45.8 shooting percentage.

The Lady Indians finished the 2025-26 season with a 22-8 overall record with a 12-2 mark in MACCC play and an appearance in the Region 23 semifinals.
