SENATOBIA, Miss. – The Lady Indians fell to No. 1 Northwest in a 5-1 decision in Senatobia Tuesday night.
The Lady Rangers took a 2-0 lead to start the contest, and ICC responded when Millie Webb (Rugby, England) scored on a penalty kick to make it a 2-1 deficit going into halftime.
After the break, Northwest scored three unanswered goals in the second half to take the 5-1 win.
Bella Moore (Olive Branch) and Webb each recorded a shot on goal in the contest, and Annabelle Holman (Amory) picked up 13 saves.
The Lady Indians will be back at the ICC Soccer Complex on Friday, Oct. 11 when they host No. 5 Jones at 1 p.m.
