SCOOBA – The Indians finished the regular season with a record of 22-7 overall and 8-6 in the MACCC after an 89-72 victory at East Mississippi Thursday night.
James Turner (Biloxi) led ICC offensively with 25 points while AJ Dent (Thomasville, Ga.) followed with 20 and Chris Minton (Indianola) and Dayveun Anderson (Tupelo), 11 each. Dent also had a team-best 11 rebounds along with his 20 points to secure a double-double performance.
The Indians will now look towards the postseason when they return to the Davis Event Center on Saturday, March 9 to host Pearl River in the opening round of the Region 23 Tournament.
